Project

The UROS research program (2018-2024) conducted on the Serre–Ponçon lake recreated subsurface vegetated areas found in lakes such as this with large tidal ranges.
Following on from this work, SMADESEP, PORALU Marine, and ECOCEAN decided to test a new eco-friendly pontoon module that incoporate aquatic plants (helophytes and hydrophytes), serving as “natural” spawning areas and nurseries for aquatic species
